Normie is finally home for good
Finally the perfect fambly came to meet me and fell in love with me. They took me to live at their place, which is now called "home". Ahhh, I love that word! They even call me "good boy Normie", just like I knew someone would call me some day. I love my new home and my new hoomans. Life is finally good for me and Rocky. Dreams do come true - they came true for us and now we hope they will come true for all the other friends that are in foster homes with Animal Adoption League.

Normie's search continues
ROCKY'S ADOPTED!!!
Dreams do come true - Rocky has been adopted! He's very happy in his new home and is helping his new family with redecorating by offering a critical analysis of the couch, and has even taken up reading. Rocky reads with his mouth open. His family loves him still!!
Normie moves to a home
Normie has become quite a gentleman at camp, and because of that, Godmother Alex decided to let him live at her home for a while so he could be even better prepared for being adopted by a furever family. He has done really well there, minding his manners, and listening well after being told "no" just a few times. His favorite activities are sleeping on the sofa, and of course, eating. Normie is a sweet boy, and hopes soon to have a family of his own to love forever.

Frosty paws and blueberry muffins for Rocky
WOW! What a fun day! My Godmother Alex came to see me. Normally she comes and we go practice "sit" and "down" and "take it nice", but this time we went for a ride! The place we went to had lots of grass and trees and a zillion other hoomans and other guys like me! WHAT FUN!! Godmother Alex said it was called "Bark in the Park", but that didn't mean I was supposed to bark!
A lot of people came to meet me and I was thinking I would choose so many of them to be my new fambly! Everyone was very friendly and I hope some of them are still thinking about me because I'm thinking about them!
Besides meeting people, I got lots of treats, and discovered that I LOVE blueberry muffins and frosty paws! YUMMM! (I don't think I was supposed to have the blueberry muffin, but everyone else was taking them so I took one too.)
When I finally got back to Camp Bark I was soooo tired. I wanted to tell everyone about my big day, but I was too sleepy! Even when foster mom Cindy came to see me all I could do was lift my head and say "Please turn out the lights, I just want to sleep!"
Anyway, I want to thank my Godmother Alex for taking me for such a fun day.

Wow! We know how to sit!!
Today was a fun day! Two of our friends, these really nice ladies, came and took us to a special area where some other hoomans and dog friends were. They said our names, and gave us treats! All we had to do was look at them or sit or lie down! It was so easy and fun! And the treats were yummy! We kept hearing this clicking sound too. I wonder what that was.
Our friends said we would be "practicing" a lot and I think that means "more treats"!!

We're going to camp!
We made our appearance today at Pet Essentials' Must Love Dogs event and everyone loved us! Afterward we went to another fun place to stay for a while - Camp Bark! There are lots of new friends here and a big yard to run and play chase in. It's a lot of fun, and we hear we might even be able to do some arts and crafts! Scrapbooking anyone??
We do miss our foster mom and dad and think about them a lot and hope they know we will always love them.
Well, it's almost "lights out" time at camp so I gotta go!

Now Appearing!
Rocky and I will be at an adoption event today so we can meet a lot of hoomans and hopefully our new fambly will see us there! We're so excited! If you want to meet us, we'll be at MUST LOVE DOGS! held by Pet Essentials at Carmel Village between 1 and 3 PM today.
Carmel Village is at the corner or Carmel Road and Hwy 51. Come see us and collect your kisses!!

Our friends need help!
Our friends at Animal Adoption league need help so they can help two very special guys.
First is Little Grunt. He was dumped at a high-kill shelter in Soouth Carolina. He was in something called a "drop box" with some other big dogs he didn't know. He was all alone and very scared. Fortunately a rescuer came along and took him away from there. Now he's very sick and will need a lot of medical care. You can read his blog at http://littlegrunt.blogspot.com/.
Next is our friend Boomer. He's a good boy, looking for a good home like we are. He just found out that he needs eye surgery that will cost a lot of money. He must be famous or something, because he had a newspaper article written about him. He has a blog too, at http://helpboomer.blogspot.com/.
People were so generous and did so much to help me and Rocky, and now we hope our other guys get the same kind of help so they can be healthy and happy and ready for furever homes and famblies with hoomans that will love them till the end of time.
